Technical Possibilities of Company
Technical facilities are fully adapted for the performance of complex production, serial and single services. We have several production buildings with the total area of development amounting to more than 4 000 m2, where goods made of stainless steel and non-ferrous metals are manufactured and treated.
Stock of machinery includes, among others:
- casting of non-ferrous metals (machines and tools for chill and pressure casting)
- machines for machining (mills, lathes, CNC lathing centres, drills, wire cutting machine, saws, electro-erosion machine)
- machines for plastic working - stamping and bending (eccentric and hydraulic presses, bending rollers for metal sheets, benders for pipes)
- cutting out/cutting machines (plasma-gas cutting machine, guillotine shears, circular saws and band cutting-off machine)
- welding (MIG/MAG semi-automatic welding machines, inverter welders for welding with coated electrodes and using TIG method)
- grinding/abrasive machining (belt and centreless grinders, vibrators, shot-blasting machine)
- electrolytic machining (galvanizing on the line with racks, nickel plating, chromium plating, satin nickel)
- powder and spray painting
- transport (passenger car, delivery van, truck)
